We just released the video for the title track “ONE” of our debut album “ONE”. We dedicate this song and this video to our Mom, Michèle, who we lost in 2008 to cancer. Mom, you are always with us in this ONE life we have.
Just joining us? Join us! We are the Brothers Dubé.
Here is some music from our upcoming debut album, due for release in May. ENJOY!
REFLECTION
If you enjoyed that, would you believe we are only 10, 12, and 13 years old. If you did not enjoy that, then we are 10, 12, and 13 years old. Did we mention that we are 10, 12, and 13 years old? We are:
Quinn, drums and vocals (10)
Jan, vocal and bass (12)
Liam, amazing guitar, but he can’t sing a note LOL (13)
We’re Canada’s youngest rock band, and we make no excuses with our age. We raised over $100,000 for charity. To continue the drive, we are releasing an album. 50% of the proceeds from our album “ONE” will be donated to the Kanpe Foundation to help hundreds of Haiti’s poorest families become financially self-reliant. Grammy Award-winning artists Arcade Fire will match these donations, dollar-for-dollar up, to $1-million. Is that cool, or what?

Adults tend to complicate things sometimes. Our tongue-in-cheek, fun, message to the NHL is a simple one: save our skulls (SOS) and ban head shots now, that’s it. No different from what adults ask of us at school.
We use music to make this point because, well, being musicians and being kids we hope to set an example for other kids, to inspire them to change the world by getting involved in it and making a positive difference in their own way. Please adults, don’t complicate that.
If you support the SIMPLE idea that THE NHL SHOULD BAN HEADSHOTS, please watch our one-minute video “Boom Boom Out Go the Lights”, like it and share it with others, or complicate it with [add your own baggage here]:
Also, (and more importantly) if you would like to help some of the poorest families in Haiti overcome their plight of poverty, do it through the Kanpe Foundation by clicking the DONATE NOW button below. Your transaction is securely handled through CanadaHelps.org.
When our album comes out later this spring, we will donate 50% of its sales to Haiti.
